MUST HAVE MORROWIND GRAPHICS MOD MOD
It's a huge mod and touches a lot of things and while it won't have hard incompatibilities with stuff, for example mods adding new NPCs to cities can end up with NPCs spawning inside building and rock meshes. It isn't a major issue but I did find several cave doorways obscured by rocks and had to disable them or TCL to the door with the console. Rebirth's author also recommends not using and Tamriel Rebuilt because of it's trees and rocks but I have in the past. Due to it's changes in terrain, it also needs it's own tweaked grass mod or you might end up with floating grass. Your broken terrain is likely from using mods that fix terrain seams with Rebirth, Rebirth says it's incompatible with these mods except for Solstheim (but Rebirth's author has fixed any seams they found.) It is also intended to use it's own tree and rock meshes, installing different ones can have some bizarre results. It's also good practice to check the latest comments and see if there are any known issues people are complaining about after the mod's last update. It's essential for having a decent installation, especially when overlaping big overhauls. I cannot stress this enough: When installing mods read the installation instructions and what the mod actually adds/changes very carefully.
